Designed as a premium residential project in the city center of Atyrau, Kazakhstan, Grandium Residence consists of two blocks housing a total of 122 apartments. Aiming to transform the city’s aura, the project reflects a 20th-century classical façade concept through the extensive use of floor moldings, window casings, and French balcony systems.

The architectural construction works, electrical installations, and mechanical systems of the residential project were successfully delivered on a turnkey basis.
