Located in İzmir Torbalı, the Triyanda Fairy Tale Homes project spans an area of 30,000 m² and consists of 16 blocks and a total of 317 residential units. With open swimming pools, water channels flowing in front of the blocks, a basketball court, tennis courts, cycling and walking paths, the project offers a comfortable living space away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
As part of the project, exterior façade cladding, architectural construction works, technical insulation applications, and hard landscaping works were successfully completed.
