Located in the Kartepe district of Sakarya, Simge Rest Facilities were constructed as twin buildings positioned on opposite sides of the Ankara Highway and designed with a boutique shopping mall concept. The project, initially delivered as a structural shell, was completed with all components including hard landscaping.
Designed to accommodate high levels of pedestrian traffic, the facility structures feature a striking architectural language characterized by diverse material transitions within interior spaces and notably multi-layered façade cladding systems. Architectural construction works were also carried out in the rentable areas within the highway overpass connecting the twin blocks, ensuring the overall integrity of the project.
